REGULATIONS CONSEQUENTIAL DECISION OF FORECASTING PARAMETRIC UNCERTAINTY FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO INFORMATION NETWORKS STATE

Abstract


Determined to build quasi-optimal expression of consecutive decision rule with a large average number of steps. Determined the expression of which received no truncated rule that is asymptotic with increasing average time of observation will be close to optimal. Truncated defined rules of which, by limiting transition can be optimal and quasi-optimal decision rules in case of a truncated sequential decision-making. The adaptive consistent rule that got the optimal Bayesian rules simply replacing preventing parameter consistency ratings. The principles of optimality in the face of uncertainty, which is to minimize the estimation of posteriori risk, built on observation, which includes future loss, and in the application of this principle to. To take into account future losses using backward induction, namely multistage process viewed from the end and made consistent minimization and averaging posteriori risk assessments specified in terms of the proposed rules.
