THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF LAND REFORM COMPLETION AS A NEW PARADIGM IN UKRAINE

Abstract


In the article certain functional properties of land and its natural resources as an object of property right of Ukrainian people and environmental economics are substantiated. It is determined the groups of main interests and effective factors of their balancing at this stage. New theoretical and methodological basis of land reform accomplishment in Ukraine from the standpoint of national interests as a new paradigm are formulated.

It is assumed, the proposed mechanisms are also to play a role of the main generator and catalyst for the formation of state and local budgets. A range of the author’s scientific views regarding ways of further of economy of nature management in the accomplishment of the land reform was also generalized.
