IMPLEMENTATION METHOD DISTANCES FOR ASSESSMENT ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Abstract


In practice often there are situations when you need both reasonably examine a set of indicators. In such cases, the distance used method is based on the spatial imagination of man. Each service can be presented as a point in n - dimensional space. By defining the distance between points, you can determine which service is the best.

The article is devoted to the introduction of a new method for assessing the additional services, such as a method of distances. The proposed method allows to estimate distances extras enterprises considering many factors and considers the importance of each. With this method were evaluated divisions, and identified key problems of their functioning.

The introduction of a new method for the enterprise are the following conclusions: a) none of the services are not considered service-standard; b) the service center should most distance from most standard medium for the divisions; c) method allows distances to the rate divisions and evaluate the activities of each department separately.
